5 Stars great value
i installed a 32 inch vizio with little or no difficulty and i am not especially handy.

this product is well made, and is a perfect match for the vizio……..no complaints whatsoever

shipping was quick, and i would definitely buy another

3 Stars Doesn’t Fit 37″ Vizio
I bought this wall mount because it claims to fit most 20″-40″ tv’s, but the bracket is not long enough for my new Vizio 37″ LCD. Compare the length of the bracket you intend to buy with the distance between the mounting screws on the back of your tv before buying. Should be at least a few inches longer for correct fit. Otherwise, this product seems to be well made.

5 Stars Great Mount at a GREAT Price!!!!
I bought this mount based on the positive reviews that were on here. I’m glad I listened to everybody reviewing this mount! This is a great mount, that fit perfectly on my 32″ Vizio. It comes will all the necessary bolts/washers you need for various wall types and various TVs. the included instructions are straightforward and easy to understand. It took me about 30 minutes to install the mount on the wall and the brackets on the t.v.

The wall mount is about 20 to 21 inches wide, so IT WILL fit between two standard 16″ wide wall studs…The mount i received has a nice black finish and it is heavy duty.

Also, there is about a 2 1/2 inch leeway to the sides. For example, I moved my Vizio all the way to the left side of the mount as far as it can go. Once in that position, I can move the t.v. 2 1/2 inches to the right. So, if you were to center the t.v. on the mount, you would have about an 1″ or 1 1/4 inches to move each side. This was perfect for me, because i didnt want to see so the mount sticking out behind my t.v. Also, the tilt on this is easy to use and works well.

YOU cannot tell the difference between this mount and a $100/150 mount!! I know this because my brother bought a $125 mount for his Vizio, and they look the same!! I’m definitely glad i went with this product.

I also took one of the reviewers advice and purchased it through ERSE, who is listed under the MORE BUYING CHOICES. After shipping, i paid $42.00 total!!!! And ERSE shipped out the next day, so i got my mount fairly quickly!!!

5 Stars Decent affordable mount
I’m using this for a 42″ tv that weighs about 65lbs and it’s working great. I was skeptical of this product because of it’s low price but I took a chance and I’m glad I did.

5 Stars AWESOME!!
I like laughing at friends who said they got a good deal for $125. This one works great. I have removed my 37″ INSIGNIA TV many time to run different componet wires behind the TV and through the wall. This bracket stays strong and is what I expect to pay for a hidden piece of metal mounting equipment.

Includes two VESA-compatible TV brackets: large bracket fits 200 x 200, 200 x 100 and 100 x 100; small bracket fits 100 x 100 and 75 x 75 to accommodate virtually any 15″ to 37″ LCD TV or monitor up to 60 lbs.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Sanus solves under-cabinet mounting problem
The Sanus MF215-B1 full motion wall mount bracket allows installation under a wall cabinet. Because mounting brackets require that the tv be lifted above the bracket to connect the wall and tv segments of the bracket it is not possible to mount a tv close to the underside of a wall cabinet unless the swingarm extends beyond the face of the cabinet. With a 14-1/2″ swingarm, the MF215-B1 fills the bill. I mounted my 32″ Vizio within 1/8″ of the cabinet bottom allowing for full swingarm motion (tilt not required at that level) and enabling placement of a dvd player on the countertop under the tv. This saves countertop space and makes for an attractive installation.

5 Stars Works GREAT with Dell 24″ Flat Panel LCD
The MF215-B1 works great with the Dell 24″ Wide-LCD Monitors (Model 2409W). Installation instructions are very straight forward and includes additional parts to accommodate the various VESA mounts. Very solid construction, no unintentional sway, drag or other movement. Initially I was a little concerned about how well it would support the weight of the monitor when fully extending the arm but now I’m convinced that it will do the job just fine.

5 Stars great product
The tv full motion wall mount was perfect and arrived ahead of schedule. Thank you

5 Stars Sanus LCD Wall Mount MF-215-B1
The Sanus MF215-B1 is a excellent wall mount, especially for 15-37 inch LCD TV’s. It allows the LCD TV a full range of motion to adapt to any room conditions. The construction of the wall mount is top notch and all hardware and adapters are provided. You can’t go wrong with this wall mount.Sanus Systems MF215-B1 15-Inch to 37-Inch LCD TV 15-Inch Extending Full Motion Wall Mount (Black)

4 Stars Works fine, would buy it again.
I have this attached to a 32″ Samsung LCD. Sturdy enough, simple install, no problems. You can scoot the tv forward, making your screen seem larger, avoid glare issues from windows…it’s definitely worth it to go “full motion”.

Best buy sells this item for $129 plus tax. So this is half the price!

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars excellent mount
Excellent mount for small LCD TVs. Fit the Vizio 22″ perfectly. Had it mounted on the wall in 15 minutes. Built in level makes it easy and all necessary hardware was included. Addition of stud finder is also nice. Well built mount with a nice clean finish on it.

5 Stars Flexible wall mount for flat panel TV
I had purchased the next larger version of this mount for a larger TV and was very pleased with the product. It is of quality construction, easy to follow instructions (even include an electroinc stud locater in the package)and at a really great price.

3 Stars Good wall mount but….
This is a nice solid wall mount but I was expecting to be able to use it on my vesa 200X200 tv (a Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L32X1)…the product info states vesa 75,100 and 200…but the 200 is only 200X100 not 200X200! The screws for attaching the mount to the TV were too small. All the other details are correct and it is a nice mount, just not for this TV.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars very good
This 19″ vizio was perfect for our needs. This item is lightweight, easy to install. The picture quality could be a bit sharper but perfect for a spare tv in kitchen or extra room. All in all, we are happy with it.

4 Stars 19″ Vizio
The TV works perfectly as described, only problem I found is that it does not support PAL cable format. Other then that it is a great TV for a small room or even to double as a computer monitor.

5 Stars One of the best bargains out there
I was one of the “holdouts”, I didn’t believe the FCC was serious this time about the DTV changeover and I waited till the last day and then some. I called them up and ordered a converter box, which was a piece of s***. It broke with 2 weeks of me owning it, trust me they are not worth your time.

So I was without TV for a few more weeks and then I was doing my weekly shopping trip to Target when I found this TV, went home and did a little research then went back and bought it. What a TV for $200. It includes all your legacy connectors like BNC, composite, component, s-video and even includes (2) HDMI connectors. All the different inputs are selectable via the remote and the buttons on the side.

Picture quality is excellent, not at the level of a Sony Bravia or a Samsung, the only other 2 brands of LCD TV’s I would even bother with, but close Don’t get me wrong, Pioneer and Sharp make excellent TV’s, but with these three you get comparable quality for a lot less. This tv has 2 stereo speakers in the back, you definitely want to get external speakers or use some kind of receiver as the sound is somewhat muffled.

Oh and for setup they include a giant, foldout poster but you don’t even need that. Unpack it, put the stand on, plug the antenna (if you are using OTA like me) plug it into the wall and follow the prompts for language and channel scanning.

As for the size I could have purchased a 32″ tv for about $500, but if you are a single person like me, no kids and rarely have people over then there is no point in getting anything bigger. I have nothing to prove to people, that is what some people out there buy huge tv’s for, to show off to other people. This sits right next to my bedstand, the 32″ crt monster is outside hooked up to the Xbox 360.

2 Stars Small Viewing Angle
I read a lot of positive reviews on this HDTV so I decided to check it out a Target. Its picture looked great, when you were standing directly in front of it, but compared to the rest of the HDTV at Target it has the worst viewing angle. It didn’t matter if you moved left, right, above or below, the picture looked very dark from every angle. I have two other LDC HDTVs (Sony & Toshiba) and neither have this problem. It is unfortunate the viewing angle is so small, I will keep looking for the right 19″ HDTV.

1 Star After 1 Week No Sound
I received the TV, installed it and after 1 week the TV lost it’s sound. I heard a loud humming noise coming from the speakers, I originally thought it was interferance so I changed locations of the TV to a different room but no luck Humming was still there. I contacted Amazon and had a new TV for my son before I could package up the old one to return it, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

5 Stars GREAT TV
My husband and I have been looking at LCD HDTV’s for months. We have looked both on line and in stores. After reading many reviews, I considered thIs Philips to be the perfect buy. Also doing additional reseach on his own, my husband approached me with his “perfect buy” which turned out to be the same tv.

We noticed on Amazon.com that this tv was on sale at Target for $699.00 with free shipping. After a quick trip to Target to physcially look at the quality of this tv, we found the $ 699.00 deal at the local Target store. We were so impressed with the quailty of this tv that we bought it.

The price was right …the tv is GREAT quaility!!!

5 Stars The Grand Tv
I went searching for a HDTV, it had to be 1080p and it had to be 42 inches and over.

I orginally purchased a Vizio which was a great 42 Inch for 200$ less than this tv. I then happened to go back to that same store and I took a look at the Phillips 42 Inch, this tv had atlest 10 extra features other tv’s didnt have and it also just happened to be a better brand and to look better

At that time I returned the Vizio, and paid 200$ more to get the Phillips 42inch, it is perfect.

Im 100% satisfied with this tv, its has all the new features, and the picture quality is excellent.

5 Stars Great TV – Found Remote Code That Works
This television’s picture is crisp and bright, and the sound is clear. Against the competition currently out there, I’d say this a great buy for your money.

For anyone experiencing problems programming their cable remote to work with this television, try placing a 1 before code 0054, meaning you should enter “10054″. After extensive searching, this was the only code that actually worked.

5 Stars I bought cheap but was very impressed!
I did not buy this TV because I read reviews or studied the features. I bought it because Target had it on sale mid-June 2009 for around $750, when the only thing you can touch for that price is a Visio. I really wanted the VGA port feature (which this does not have), but couldn’t find a TV equipped with one for under $1000. Since my PC DVI->HDMI adapter doesn’t provide audio, I can *see* the computer, but must use different speakers. However, this is a “computer geek” problem that most people won’t care about. I just want to watch Netflix on-demand, ok? :)

– NOTE — I have since discovered (by reading the manual LOL) that audio inputs on the back coordinate with HDMI and allow me to plug in the computer while using HDMI1 only. I got a 1/8″ to RCA male adapter and I’m happy now! Computer on TV!! WITH AUDIO!!

Enough fluff… here’s my review:

Picture: VERY nice. This TV is replacing the Toshiba Regza 42″. My Regza had 15000:1 contrast… this one floors me with the 30000:1. It really is impressive how black is black and the colors POP. I only have an upsampling DVD, so I can’t comment on anything beyond digital cable and DVD, which both look GREAT from 8-10 feet away

Sound: Very nice. This TV is louder than my last. Will I ever go beyond 50% volume? No. But my Toshiba would require the volume at about level 55 for some movies. This Philips typically doesn’t go above 35. AND… this has an auto-volume feature that allows a very basic compressor/limiter to level your volume. When commercials come on… I kid you not, they are not NEARLY as annoyingly loud. I really like this feature. To clarify for the non-audio geeks, you conceivably can leave your volume in the same spot when the loud commercials come on, or when a movie suddenly has a dramatic moment. This feature levels out the audio. As a former recording-studio engineer, I find this a bit impure… but the benefits outweigh the audio purity gained by turning this feature off. Auto-volume is a GO!

Other features: Not many. This is a very basic TV… but is that a bad thing? I really never used the 15 different preset picture quality controls on my Toshiba. This TV has some presets and some color customs. I can play with the aspect ratio and some other stuff… but I really just plugged it in and left it as-is. I tried to find any practical features that really *did* anything and the audio is all I found. I say this as a positive, though. I really like the simplicity of this TV.

Ports: My Toshiba had 4 HDMI, this has 3. I think I’ll cope, especially since my computer doesn’t have audio via HDMI and is bound to become unplugged and placed elsewhere in the house. It has a USB port that claims to display pictures. I plugged in a few USB drives I have sitting around and it didn’t do anything. This is a feature that most people won’t really care about, me included. The manual describes certain compatability… either with number of characters or FAT / NTFS or some little fussy restriction. I personally believe that TVs shouldn’t try to do computer functions and should just display a great picture. I believe this one does.

OVERALL:

I really can’t get over how well the black tones look on this TV. I feel this was WAY more than a bargain-basement TV. I would not hesitate to buy this TV, provided the features match your needs. I have mine hanging on a TV stand so I can’t speak for the included stand (it’s still in the box), but I like the way it looks. The screen is dull-coat and not overly glossy. The bezel is obnoxiously glossy, but your eyes seem to forget it when the TV comes on. And just to reiterate… I LOVE the auto-volume leveling feature.

5 Stars Just an all around great tv!
I purchased my tv about four weeks ago and love it! I had no troubles setting it up and customizing it. The picture is far better than I had anticipated and the sound is pretty good. Of course, when I run it through my surround sound system it’s like sitting at the movies. I love this tv!! I only paid $750 for it making it one of the best buys of my life. If you want to enjoy an excellent television that is simple to use, this is it!!
