Do not count on any type of response if you have a question or a problem. The 866# only refers the caller to a long distance number via automated responder. When called you are put on hold for the “next” available service tech (I think there is only one and they wish you would go away). When they do answer, the person does not know anything. He will take your info. and tell you a “trained” technician will call you back soon. No one ever calls. Even after following up from my end with an email and another call. No response.
3 Stars Nice TV for a good price
I bought this with a gift certificate from work. Its a decent TV for the price. The picture quality is ok, although colors are not quite as bright as I am used to. From reading other reviews it may improve when I upgrade to an HD satellite receiver or just an HD antenna which I haven’t got yet. Nice looking, super light and very easy setup. Biggest drawback is that there are no Viore codes for the Dish Network remote I have.

Product came boxed beautifully. Was easy to set-up and connect. Picture is great as is the sound for a TV this size. Very pleased with product and price!!! VIORE is a great HDTV.
4 Stars Tiny display characters
Great Tv for the price.
I have one gripe.Reading display characters are so tiny you have to be right up to the screen to be able to read them.I don,t like to get up once seated to read the text.
5 Stars Just right for a lady my age
I live in a mountain range where we depend on towers and relays to get our programs from over 250 miles away. I was hoping to avoid having to get a dish or DirecTV, but ended up needing that anyway if I wanted more than 2 channels. Even the amplified anntenea didn’t help.
The size is perfect for me, and it’s light enough for me to move around and clean behind, under, or put in an alternate spot in the house.
My biggest disappointment is that the remote control code, so that I would just need to use the DirecTV one, didn’t work.

TV does not have audio out, and no remote codes found for Comcast cable remotes, but picture is good
3 Stars Pretty good, not bad
I got this Tv being my first own Tv I bought. I use it for my computer and my Fios. Its great pretty good quality, The only problem is it can’t be synced with some remotes aka my Fios remote so I have to use 2 different remotes which is kind of a pain for me but I deal with it. For the most part its a good Tv and I wouldn’t stop to buy it especially If you are on a budget of some sort.
