5 Stars Will buy again
Sturdy, good design, easy to install. I’m using it with a 22″ monitor and it holds it very well in place. Has swivel feature so it’s always well leveled in the horizontal position. The color is solid black. I also mounted it on a concrete wall. I used the enclosed concrete screws. I was going to built my own using a satilite dish mount, but for under $100 I’m really glad I bought this. The quality is very good. I have it mounted on the west wall. I face the south wall. I extend it out all the way and the center of my monitor is 17.5″ away from the west wall.
5 Stars exceeded expectations
Excellent bracket. Very solid, well designed and durable. Easy to install with instructions that far exceed what you expect to find these days. I looked a long time at various products trying to find something for my unique situation. The great flexibility of this one filled my needs and then some. Only negative is that the Amazon photo does not properly show the bracket that connects to the TV. Don’t worry; it’s nonconsequential, but the actual bracket is much more aesthetically pleasing.
5 Stars Excellent Item – Exactly what we needed.
Easy to install and worked perfectly for what we needed. Extended out be 17″ from the wall and is able to turn corners. I bought a different one before this and it was way too short even though it said 17″. Bought this one and it was great. Recommended get it.
5 Stars High Quality Product
I am using this arm to mount a 19″ Samsung LCD HDTV on the wall in my home gym. This arm is very well built, sturdy, and nicely finished. There is absolutely no wobble in it either despite the weight of the TV. The mounting holes line up perfectly and two are slotted so you can hook the TV on while the arm holds the weight you can tighten the mounting screws. There is just enough friction in the hinges and pivots to keept he TV in one place and yet they are smooth enough to make adjustments easy. There are no special knobs to turn or anything. As far as the finish it is a baked on powder coat and looks great. Overall, I think this is a high quality product and I would purchase it again.
I bought the black one as most TVs today are black.
5 Stars worth every penny
You’ll pay a bit more for this LCD mount system but it is worth it. I bought one for my LCD TV and liked it so much that I bought another for my LCD Display. This one is a piece of cake to mount. I stud-mounted mine and used a slightly larger drill bit than recommended so it would be easier to put the screws in. I’m not sure it’s possible to get the screws in with the bit size suggested in the instructions. Anyway, they are in solid and secure.
Mounting the screen is very easy since the top holes are slotted so you can let the screen kind of hang while you work on the bottom ones. The real beauty of this mount is the range of positions it lets you put your screen in. Extends almost 19″ from the wall but because of the four pivot points you can fine tune the position just about anywhere within that distance, plus achieve angles that you cannot with other mounts. All that pivoting capability and yet even with the arm stretched out as far as possible, the support is still rock solid. Beautifully designed and well-built is the why behind that.
Forget the junk they showed you in the store where you bought your LCD TV and get this one. The minute you take it out of the box, you’ll know you did the right thing.

5 Stars Third Time’s the Charm…
We tried two other mounts before getting the Premier. The first was misrepresented in the Amazon description and was not even compatible with our 22″ bedroom flatscreen. The second fit but it extended above the back of the set and was visible. Ugly!
The AM2-B is terrific, easy to install, solid, and offers great flexibility.
4 Stars Pretty Pleased
First: I am a pretty good handy person who has experiencing installing items like this in the house. I have installed tilting and arm type supports on four occasions prior. This was my fifth.
My Installation: Install a 26″ LCD above a door frame in a bathroom. Pretty straight forward.
Pro’s: I had it installed in about 20 minutes total. It was quite easy, and seemed very stable. The leveling is quite easy as you have only one alignment (vertical) to consider. The swing cjharacteristics on side to side and in or out are quite impressive. I can go nearly 90deg to each side when fully extended out.
Cons: you better have a stud where you want the center of your TV or you will have to build a “support” between studs. (No big issue for those who know what to do). Bigger issue is that the stud bolts are Phillips Head Screws.. So you better pre-drill your holes, and better have a power screw driver. No way can you sink these monsters by hand and no pre-drill with out rounding off the head. These would have been better as hex-heads. The down ward tint is a bit less than I thought, but I have a high mount. If middle of wall mount, this is no big issue. The cable management system is adequate.
I would recommend this and use this mount again.
5 Stars JCC
THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE. THIS MOUNT FAR EXCCEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. GIVES ALOT OF FLEXIBLITY FOR REVIEWING ANGLES, ETC. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND.
5 Stars compact and easy to install
Love this item. A lot smaller than other types of mount, but does the job.
Installation was a snap, 4 screws into a stud. Do not miss the studs!
Movement is smooth and easy in all directions. Would buy another if needed.
4 Stars Great Mount
Just got this mount a few weeks ago. Went up real easy. Put my 32″ Samsung TV on a thick plaster wall using three 1/4″ toggle bolts. Holds great and arm easily moves. Would not suggest this mounting method with any drywall. Looks good too in my smaller bedroom on the opposite wall and above the bed/near the ceiling.
Only change I would make is for the manufacturer to supply a template that shows the oval cover outline and holes where to drill so I could precisely postion the TV. Made my own but having a pre-made one would have saved a few minutes.
You need the optional plate for a the 32″ Samsung.

5 Stars excellent product.
Some people complained about how the joints on it are too tight, but that’s silly because the joints’ tightness is adjustable. It takes using a tool (that is provided with the mount) to tighten or loosen whatever joints are necessary.
I use an AOC 2230 something or other monitor (22 inches, 11 lbs i think). It works perfectly. The color doesn’t perfectly match my black monitor, but….I don’t care.
There was no assembly required. It came completely assembled. Admittedly, I did have to take the edge-mount off because I’m using the grommet, but that wasn’t very hard.
There are rubber/foamish pads at the bottom of either mount where the stand touches the desk. These provide a great buffer between the mount and desk so that wood won’t scratch, the mount will stay put, etc.
I’ve never used any other mount of comparable complexity, but this is exactly what I wanted.
bravo!
5 Stars These are very cool
I bought 6 of these for work, and now everyone wants one. They are super strong, nice looking on the desk, and useful. My whole office recommends them! For us, they were worth the money.
5 Stars Great Quality + Good Price
Pros:
- Very sturdy, typing with it mounted to my desk did not make the screen vibrate.
- There is a large range of possible horizontal motions and a decent amount of vertical range.
- The price is very good when compared to some of the other products out there.
- Can be mounted in multiple ways, i.e. at the edge of you desk with a clamp or in the middle with a drill.
Cons:
- Some of the hinges to allow motion come from the factory VERY tight. I would loosen some of them a little bit before mounting.
- For the 100mm monitors there is an adapter plate that you have to use. This worries me because the monitor seems like it is being held up only by the tension of thumb screws on the monitor. But so far it seems very sturdy.
3 Stars Not bad but cut some corners
I was satisfied with the product in general. The cable holders, however, are a joke – they are very flimsy and fall off often. So I’ve discarded them. Also the documentation is a bit unusual – no words, just pictures, some of which aren’t understandable at first glance.
1 Star Not good for Apple Cinema Displays
Even though this arm is rated to support 18 lbs, it won’t support even the 20″ aluminum Cinema Display which weighs 14 lbs. Rather than using a toothed hinge for the tilt axis, it uses cheap plastic washers so even though I’ve tightened it so much that I’ve stripped the allan bolt, the monitor still droops.
