5 Stars Great Stand
We lost the stand for our 43″ Pioneer Pro HD Plasma, so we decided to give this a try. Not only did it arrive in just 1 day, it was perfect for our tv. The assembly was very easy and the instructions were very clear. All parts were clearly marked. The tv is over 80lbs and this stand supports it perfectly and is very stable. We also left the wall mount plate on the back of the tv and it attached to this stand perfectly, shortening the assembly steps. The only complaint is that it is 38lbs, which really adds to the overall weight of a plasma tv (but probably necessary to support it properly!). Would highly recommend this as a replacement stand, or for a large flat screen that did not come with one. Very satisfied with this product and the seller.
5 Stars Flat Screen TV Tabletop Mount
This item arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to put together as the instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. The only negative comment I have is that if you have a 32″ television like I have (Samsung LN32B550) one of the horizontal arms can block the rear input/output terminals. Fortunately I have a hacksaw and was able to trim the offending arm. So if you are thinking of purchasing this be aware of this. Otherwise it is very sturdy and works well. And it looks good too.

TV table mount works for my 32″ flat screen but it is very large. It is not the type of stand that normally comes with a flat screen TV. It serves my purposes so if you have a flat screen that needs a stand, it works nicely.

This tabletop stand is great. Nice, modern appearance and very sturdy with an adjustable height. My husband assembled it in no time. It fit our 32 inch Sony Bravia perfectly!
5 Stars Very sturdy stand that does the job I needed for some customization
I needed a way to mount a Sony 40″ Z series LCD in my TV cabinet that used to house a 36″ CRT. The problem with using the provided TV stand was that it protruded several inches in front of the panel for balance, which meant the TV had to be pushed back into the cabinet restricting the viewing angle from the sides more than I would like.
So, I found this stand from Premier Mounts, and mounted the panel facing out the “back” of the stand, and then secured the base with some brackets to my TV cabinet – works great as I now have the TV flush with the front of the cabinet (inset just enough for the doors to close) and have full viewing ability.
While another reviewer commented on not having the needed screws, I was impressed with the large variety of mounting screws that were provded in the kit – found some that met my needs for the Sony 40Z4100 fine. There are a couple of horizontal brackets that I am not sure are needed I did have to cut off a portion of one side of the lower mounting arm as it interfered with the input panel on the back of the TV, but this does not reduce the structral strength in any way.
The stand is made of very good quality, heavivy duty materials and if for some reason you have misplaced your original table stand this would make an ideal replacement – or a great option for needs like mine above

4 Stars OmniMount Success
The minute I saw the OmniMount, I fell in love…well, not quite, but it was exactly what I had conceptualized in my media loving 68 year old mind. My wife gets hysterical over the 1700 cables from a 32″ flat screen TV, DVR, CD/DVD player, a D-Link, and a receiver. The OmniMount absolutely solves this problem.
It took me only about 2 hours to put it on the wall, but because I have so many cables and some of them are 6′ long instead of the needed 3′, that took another 2 hours. I had ample tools to put it up because my vast array of tools is comprised of gray and brown duck tape, a hammer, screwdriver, and an assortment of nails and screws. You may say that a nail is not a tool…but in this case it is a tool because, combined with a hammer, it’s how I find the wall studs.
Seriously, the OmniMount goes up great, works great, and looks great. It’s worth every cent.

5 Stars Great piece of wall furniture!!!!
I installed this product right below a 46″ LCD tv, with the bottom edge of the TV in line with the top edge od the MWFS unit. I can not imagine anyone (male or female) that would have an objection to this product in a living/family room. It’s a great addition.
Installation is fairly easy (I chose “A” set-up). All wires or cables can be hidden inside the unit. I was lucky enough to have the power outlet in the same area where I had to install this unit, so basically all cables are hidden.
Some poeple have complained about shelf space, if you have an audio/video box that’s 13″ or deeper than you have no choice but to use the larger glass shelf. However most blue-ray players today are in the 8-10″ range, and I think they will fit in the smaller shelf without any problems.
My only negative comment is the instruction manual; I found some parts somewhat confusing. However, it’s almost impossible to screw-up the installation, even without the manual.

I have had this product installed with a new 52″ LCD for approx the last 3 months, overall I really like the construction of this product, the way it looks, and durability (I have two kids 11 & 3, my biggest fear still is the little one using the shelves for stairs, but as long as that doesnt happen I should be all set).
Would I purchase the product again for a new setup: Absolutely.

5 Stars Easy installation, looks good, good value
The OmniMount 2 shelf wall system is very easy to install and it looks great. It took less than an hour to figure out the instructions and complete the installation, including hiding all the wires in the cable management system. You’ll need to purchase a pack of ties to secure the wires, which are not included. A few basic tools are needed to complete the install, but most people already own a screw driver, drill and level. The system is very sturdy and will easily hold three or four components. I have three components so I stacked my cable box on top of my DVD player. The cable box is light and the DVD player is vented in the rear so stacking is not a problem. The wood panels that cover the metal frame are made from plywood covered in an attractive and thick black wood veneer. The fit and finish are excellent.

I bought and installed this wall furniture last month and am very happy with it. Installation was a snap and the build quality seems good. I like how it doesn’t take up a lot of wall space but still looks good. You can also get a surge protector in the back if you buy the right one. In fact I’d like to see Omnimount make a custom surge protector that mounts to the back area.

1 Star Not fabricated as shown
I recently received this item and discovered that it was manufactured incorrectly. It looks identical to the picture shown except that the tilt control was rotated 90 degrees, which means that it offers no vertical tilt. While the item was shipped promptly and the price was unmatched, the lack of tilt means that this product is going to be returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and others get a correctly fabricated version.

I bought one of these mounts to go with the flat screen tv that I bought for the kitchen. Of all the many many things we bought for the job (we started without even walls) This was easily the most disappointing for us. We had to replace the hardware, as we note others said. That’s OK, as we expected to do some of that. By the time we were all done, that TV got installed 7 different times, each time trying to improve what should have been easy and good looking.
The arm articulates fairly well, but it is held in place with a lockwasher so it doesn’t change directions. The arm is covered with 3 pair of plastic covers to improve the looks. And, for that reason, they are necessary as without them it looks like a “my first welding class” take-home to the parents project. Trust me, you’d rather the take-home ashtray with an impression of your hand, if you can. Even if you do not smoke.
This plastic shell has thin plastic tabs, etc to hold the parts together and thet seem to be easily broke. In addition, the metal arms and hardware blocks the only possible route for running any cable, even a power cable, through the plastic shell. Perhaps you shouldn’t run them through the shell. If so, why the exit hole at the TV end? The wall mount part of the base has two holes as the only place to route those cables through the base, but then the route is blocked by the middle part. In use, the length of wires needed for the arm to straighten out leaves an ugly loop of cable showing below the screen. Like I said, my biggest disappointment in the whole kitchen. If I could find a replacement that would cover the holes in the cabinet I would. In a minute.
After a mental hiccup that caused me to continue trying to make it work, I wound up not only making mounting holes but also cutting these holes for the wires to make it to the tv from the cabinet. The cabinet I had just finished making out of oak. If I hadn’t done that, this would be going back long ago.
Now, instead of having people make me proud of the work I put into making the cabinet, I try to keep people from looking behind the tv, although its a losing battle.

it said this product sold for over $100, I gave $18, this product isnt worth the shipping I paid. No directions came with it. Very unstable. Pure hunk of Junk made in China, You get what you pay for. Maybe we should start making stuff in the US
4 Stars Tilt & Swivel Mount
I would say this is a “pretty good” product. It was less than half the price of anything I found locally and once mounted I have been happy with its performance. You will need to take your time when mounting and I had to shim the bottom by a good 1/4″ to get the LCD screen to be level. The cover hides the shim so all is good. For the money I would recommend this product to anyone is comfortable with deviating from the standard mounting instructions to get the best results.

5 Stars Great TV, great order experience
So far this TV is working out great. It is only a 60Hz display, but it still gives a great and really sharp image. I did not rate the sound since I have the whole thing connected to my surround system, and never use the sound on the TV. The TV display, and all the different modes, are very easy to setup.
The order went Amazon also went very easy. Around Seattle Amazon uses Pilot shipping, and they provided a great service. They were there when they were supposed to be, they came in and setup the TV to make sure everything was working. They even waited while I got the wall mount setup so we could actually mount the TV.
All in all a great experience.

I’ve read a lot of reviews on this TV and other sharp TVs. The complaints I’ve read were the follwoing
- 60 Hz and not 120 Hz – you really can’t see the difference, maybe if you play some games where things move fast, but for normal use, you won’t notice a thing
- speakers are weak – yes, they could be better probably, but I think that the sound is just fine if you use your TV as a TV and not a boom box
- the remote control is weird and unintuitive and has small buttons etc – totally untrue, very intuitive, easy to use, normal buttons.
Some people simply, I think, like to complain and try to find the smallest details that they would like to improve. I am quite a picky guy and pay attention to detail and this TV is just great. I am very happy with it. Could it be somewhat better (sound), probably so, would I like to pay 1000 bucks more for it, NO. END OF STORY, simple choice. I read all the reviews before buying it and concluded that most of the people liked it and only a few had unreasonable expectations and I was right.
2 Stars If You Like Pink Blushing Faces Or Green ones, Get It!
I bought this set at a big box store. It was set up with other TVs so you couldn’t make a direct comparison with picture size or quality. The pictures they where showing had vary few faces that where on the screen for no more then 2 seconds and then flashed to wild life or racing land scape scenes. So it was vary difficult to tell how the sets skin tones looked. When I Got the 40″ Sharp TV home, up and running all the skin tones looked pinkish (bright pink noeses, cheeks and chins). I tried various color setting including Advanced mode to cool this affect down and I could get rid of it for the most part but then people that were in outdoor lighting conditions started showing up green. After making several calls to Sharp we decided the TV was defective and that I should return it to the store. While I was at the store I looked specifically for this pinkish effect in the picture on the model I was returning and I noticed it had the same problem. I asked the salesman if he could adjust the pinkish look out but he found the same problems I did. When I looked at the other TV sets on display all but the Sony and the Samsung had color problems. The last set I had was a Samsung Plasma that I was assured would not have burn in problems, but it did. So I went back to Sony.

5 Stars Very good design, 2 piece design makes it simple for a simpleton!
I have used this mount for both a large LCD computer monitor and also for our large flat screen TV. The snap-in two-piece design is clever and well thought out. You use the built-in level to mount the wall bracket first, then attach the plate to the LCD while you can lay it flat on it’s face (I used the bed so the screen/casing would not get damaged or scratched). Then you can just lift it up and slide it onto the wall bracket. BTW Samsung products need metric M6 1/2″ long machine screws.
Even a simpleton like me can do it in 5 minutes. Very reasonably priced too, I can’t recommend it enough in earthquake country.

easy to install, but if you need to use extantion plates, you my need to cut hall in one of them, i have sony xbr 32′ and when i put plates on, one of them covered all connection ports, and i had to cut squer on one of the plates, but it isn’t realy bother me. everything else, was just perfect.

I had a great deal of trouble with this vendor. He made promises he did not keep. I made commitments to my customer based on his promises to me. He did not ship this product as promised and thus I missed my install date.
