The AS3B is a tri-shelf cable management system. It can be used with or without a Plasma/LCD mount. This unit is designed to fit under your display and provide an on wall solution for other components such as cable boxes, DVD players, game consoles, and stereo components. There are three 2.25″ holes on the aluminum plate that allow you to cleanly run your cables up to your TV or down to another component, as well as out the bottom to an outlet.
After reviewing our competition we realized that most shelving units need to be mounted directly into a wall stud. In most cases the wall stud is placed to the right or to the left of the display, which is not where most people prefer to have their shelves mounted. This is still the most secure option however, after significant research weve fount that using the correct toggle bolts can allow you to mount your shelving unit wherever you see fit. With the combination of four of these toggle bolts the shelving unit is able to hold well over 70LBS safely. Each individual toggle bolt provides 75LBS of support. Please not that a good toggle bolt is still only as good as the quality of the drywall it is mounted into. If you have water damage or .25″ drywall please add a support for your shelving unit.

If you don’t need any additional features (e.g. tilt, swivel) this is a good quality basic mount at a good price. It comes with all of the adjusters you need to make it fit any flatscreen TV. We hung a 46″ Samsung on it without any problems. I like that this mount keeps the set nice and close to the wall.

This is a good product. The rails mounted easily to the back of my TV and once the studs were located on my wall, easy to mount there too. Had to go online to find the appropriate bolts to use (over a dozen different ones ship with the mount).
5 Stars Easy Installation and Solid
I ordered this for my 42 inch Panasonic plasma TV. I needed a flat mount so this product filled the bill. The product mounted easily, and came with a lot of different hardware for many different tv’s. I used self-drilling drywall anchors since my wall didn’t have any studs to mount to. I am very pleased with the results and the price from Amazon.

No need to send an installer. This is a solidly built, easy to install, HDTV mount. Hung a 46″ in a half hour. Comes with a variety of bolt sizes to fit different models. Has locking/safety bar.
4 Stars Sanus VMPL250B Very Straightforward
I found this product to be everything that it says. Once we found the studs mounting it was a matter of minutes. The caveat that I was made aware of was to plug in all of your cords before mounting as the television mounts very close to the wall. Any future cords will require you to dismount the television, add the plug-in, and remount. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Easy to install and very easy to hang and if necessary, remove TV. Only glitch: Had to buy shorter, but wider Lag bolts as I was mounting on an exterior wall with concrete block behind it. Kit is set up to mount to studs or pure masonry only. Another set of bolts for exterior drywall/block would be recommended. TV looks great on wall!!! I have a Sony Bravia XBR4 (46″), there is enough space for connections behind the set, albeit a little snug. Make sure you make those connections first and then hang the set. However, it’s pretty easy to have someone grab the bottom of the set and tilt the bottom up while another person reaches behind.

I don’t have much to add over the reviews that I read. I mounted a 52″ samsung on this mount and am very happy with it, I wanted the TV to be as close to the wall as possible, and I don’t think you could get any closer. I had to actually hang the TV, mark the location I wanted it, take it off, measeure where the cable, HDMI and power come in and redrill holes, right behind these jacks. I had a big HDMI monstser cable and it would have been holding the bottom of the TV out without doing this, I’m sure you could buy cables that are 90 degrees, but since I had all of these cables in the wall and you won’t see the holes anyway, I just drilled some new ones. I was very happy with this product and it was less then half of what I would have paid in a store.
Mounting is a snap and construction is SOLID!
